ABOUT
ANCIENT AND MODERN ART
In 2016, the Peruvian visual artist, Claudia Gastaldo, founded the trademark CG SYMMETRIA and launched a business specialized in creating surface pattern designs for the fashion and decoration Industry.
After twenty-one years working as an illustrator for the editorial group "El Comercio" and with all her acquired experience and knowledge, Claudia feels ready to continue exploring different ways of expressing herself as an artist and has decided to venture into another of her great passions: Textiles
Her love for art and the great admiration she feels for the weavers and embroiderers masters of Peru, inspire and motivate her to follow her intuition to start an innovative project which allows her to unleash her creativity and capture "Art on Fabrics".
CG SYMMETRIA by Claudia Gastaldo, is presented as a different alternative in Textile Print Design, which escapes the conventional and naturally fuses an undeniable ancestral textile heritage with the new techniques of Digital Art.

AS A PAINTER IN FRONT OF A BLANK CANVAS
With the same passion of a painter in front of a blank canvas, at CG SYMMETRIA we strive to create artistic and provocative designs for the fashion and eclectic decoration industry.
Our Collection of prints and patterns uses color as the main expressive element and interprets intuitively the invisible influences that come from all places, from all cultures and from all time, enriching themselves to offer a wide variety of styles .
Beyond ensuring a powerful visual impact, our goal is to generate emotions son that our artistic fabrics and designs evoke immediate sensations that establish a link with which you feel identified to the point of motivating you to create a piece or a custom space that you really appreciate , one that is as unique and different as yourself.
All our fabric and designs are worked as an art in high resolution and are created from hand-drawn strokes on a Wacom tablet, an important detail that gives our creations a warm effect of volume, depth and atmosphere.

The IRREVERENTE Collection offers a wide variety of fabric designs to be printed on demand on our selected fabrics, and offers the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of colors and styles such as modern Abstract, Gothic, Baroque, Damask, Ethnic, Tribal, Retro and Vintage, among others.
